Nick and Cath

Engagement session…
Nick and Cath thought I was a bit weird when I took them to some industrial wasteland instead of the local park for their recent e-session, but they now see the reason behind my 'madness'!

We all had such a fun time of it until we were eventually rained off..

Looking forward to their wedding
wedding next October!

David and Lindsay…

Clifton wedding…
August was such a mad month I'm really behind with my blogging!

I've been really looking forward to shooting David and Lindsay's
wedding they were such good company on my earlier visits I knew rain or shine we would have a great day.

Most bizzare thing of all… the bride was actually born in my house!

Annie and Craig

Having a field day…
When I first heard about Annie and Craig's wedding at Bosworth Hall, Warwickshire I thought 'wow' thats going to be both fun and different, I wasn't wrong! This was such a fun day with a fun couple.

The weather was on our side which was more welcome than usual as these 'keen campers' held their reception in a field, and we sat round campfires chatting till the early hours. Their honeymoon suite was a tent, all the guests camped out too!

Laura and Richard

Doing it military style!…
Laura and Richard were lucky to miss the torrential rain by minutes for their wedding at the stunning St James' and St Matthews Church in Liverpool. A military wedding with guard of honour made for a spectacular and fun day.

British Council for Offices Awards night

Steve Norris, Crowne Plaza Liverpool…
Last weeks British Council for Offices held their regional awards at the Crowne Plaza in Liverpool. Former Conservative MP Steve Norris was the guest speaker who delivered a fantastic and informative pre awards talk before announcing the winners.

Tom and Sarah

Woodlands, Leeds…
Spending more time in my adoptive home town Liverpool it was great to come 'home' for Tom and Sarah's wedding.

Tom and Sarah were such a fun, friendly and easy going couple which made it a fantastic day for everyone there. It was a joy to capture the spirit of their day.

Still looking for the perfect fathers day gift?

Little monsters…
As well as weddings I also offer at home portraits of both children and adults. These can be in a natural environment like the garden or contemporary studio shots. Framed or on large canvases these are guaranteed to melt hearts. As well as great fathers day gifts extra copies can be made to give to grandparents who will love them at any time of the year!

India

I'm back!…
Sadly I've been back from holiday 2 weeks already and been simply too busy to post anything here. Our holiday was wonderful and relaxing and just what we both needed to re charge our batteries. This is Sunrise at Mandrem Beach, Goa.

The biggest event out there was on the 30th of April I asked my girlfriend Louise to marry me. She said yes and now I know exactly what you guys go through with all the planning etc. Of course the wedding photography will be a big decision I'm not allowed to take my own photos! In honesty I wouldn't want to even if it were possible, its a physically and mentally demanding job and I just want to enjoy our day.

A photographer is seldom without his or her camera and this photographer is no exception, here are a few holiday photos I thought I would share with you all.

Lanterns at the night market

Sleeping boy on his mothers stall at the night market

Fire dancer entertainer in a Calangute restaurant

Street Kids, Goa (not sure exactly where :)

Laura and Paul

Doing it Beckham Style…
We all had such fun at the Castle which really shows in the photos we got. Along with the bride and groom all the guests really entered into the spitit of the day by joining us in the photo booth we set up in the evening! It will be two weeks before I post any of those here as I'm now away in India soaking up the sun!
